(Updated 9 May 2019) The 2019 Pulse Innovation Challenge has been launched. The EDF Energy’s innovation accelerator, Blue Lab, wants to collaborate with the best young companies and can help you develop and grow.

£10,000 cash prize for overall winner
Access to EDF Energy scale and network to develop business opportunities
Mentorship from senior leadership at EDF Energy and access to subject matter experts
Free office space at IDEALondon, an innovation centre in the heart of London’s Tech City, run by EDF Energy, Cisco and UCL Engineering
Opportunity to validate products, trial and test in live environments, along with customer feedback and consumer insights

1st July 2019: Pitch day
15th July 2019: Accelerator period for shortlisted start-ups (July - September)
16th October 2019: Final demo day (mid October date To be confirmed)

HOST COUNTRY

United Kingdom

Note that while some organisers may accept applications from all around the world, you may still be required to travel to the host country in order to take part in the later stages of a competition for instance, or you may be required to live there for a period of time to take part in a funded programme (e.g. scholarship, incubator, accelerator).
