(Updated 16 Mar 2025) This call for entries is for the International ArtePiano Competition. Parents/Teachers/Guardians, note that there are also categories for entrants below 18 years of age.

PRIZES

All prize winners and finalists will receive an official certificate as proof of their participation in the competition.

Junior Artist Category:
Open to all pianists of 15 years and younger

– GRAND PRIX – €400
– 2nd Prize – €200
– 3rd Prize – €150
– Prize winners’ concert at International ArtePiano Festival 2026

Senior Artist Category:
Open to all pianist between the ages of 16 – 30 years

– GRAND PRIX – €2000
– Solo piano recital at the International ArtePiano Festival 2026
– 2nd Prize – €1000
– 3rd Prize – €500
– Online Audience Prize: €150

Note that an entry fee is required. This fee ranges from 45€ and depends on the Category.

OTHER KEY DATES

May 2025: The winner, runner-up and finalists will be announced online
18 July 2025: The final round will take place1
8 May 2025: Online voting closes

HOST COUNTRY

Italy

Note that while some organisers may accept applications from all around the world, you may still be required to travel to the host country in order to take part in the later stages of a competition for instance, or you may be required to live there for a period of time to take part in a funded programme (e.g. scholarship, incubator, accelerator).
