The ISCB (International Society for Computational Biology) Accomplishment by a Senior Scientist Award recognizes a member of the computational biology community who is more than two decades post-degree (or equivalent experience) and has made major contributions to the field of computational biology.

Keynote presentation slot during the ISMB (Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology) Conference
Travel and Hotel expenses to attend ISMB paid by ISCB

United States


Note that while some organisers may accept applications from all around the world, you may still be required to travel to the host country in order to take part in the later stages of a competition for instance, or you may be required to live there for a period of time to take part in a funded programme (e.g. scholarship, incubator, accelerator).
