This call for entries is for 3-year Interdisciplinary studentships within the British Heart Foundation Centre of Research Excellence at King’s College London where you will study the molecular basis for heart disease. The project will focus on M-protein, several mutations of which are suspected to lead to heart disease. You will characterise wildtype and mutant variants for their interaction behaviour, overall molecular stability and any effect on their structure and the cellular function.
