McKinsey Venture Academy 2018

McKinsey Venture Academy is a social enterprise competition for university students. The aim of the contest is to help you tap into your creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit, which will enable you to transform your seedling ideas into social enterprises that could make a real difference. It is sponsored by McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.

PRIZES

The winning team will receive seed funding of £10,000 and on-going support and mentorship from McKinsey to help transform their idea into a real social enterprise.
Second prize teams will receive seed funding of £4,000
Third prize teams will receive seed funding of £1,000.

HOST COUNTRIES

United Kingdom Ireland

Note that while some organisers may accept applications from all around the world, you may still be required to travel to the host country in order to take part in the later stages of a competition for instance, or you may be required to live there for a period of time to take part in a funded programme (e.g. scholarship, incubator, accelerator).

Multiple host countries may mean that no travel is required.
