Seedstars World Startup Competition (Lagos) 2019
This call for applications is for the 2019 Lagos (Nigeria) edition of the Seedstars World Startup competition, a Switzerland based contest that takes place in emerging markets.

The 20 best startups from Lagos will be invited for a training delivered by the Seedstars team as well as local & regional mentors.
After working closely with the entrepreneurs, Seedstars will invite the top 8 to take part in jury interviews with top investors and compete to be crowned the most promising seed-stage startup of Seedstars Lagos 2019. All the startups that will be selected to the local jury panel will also be rewarded with one free month of the brand new Investment Readiness Program.
The winning startup will join the Regional Summit (Seedstars Summit Africa 2019), where it will have the opportunity to be selected to join the 3 months Growth Program Online and the Global Seedstars Summit - with the chance to win up to USD500,000 in equity investment.
The winning startup will be flown to Switzerland for the Global Seedstars Summit 2020 and lodged for the week-long bootcamp, final event, conference and investment forum. It's an invaluable learning, networking and development experience with a value of over $6,000.
The competition also offers over $4.5 million in free services and other prizes to contestants.
