Technovation Challenge 2018
Every year, Technovation (a programme by Iridescent) invites teams of girls from all over the world to learn and apply the skills needed to solve real-world problems through technology.
Technovation offers girls around the world the opportunity to learn necessary skills to emerge as tech entrepreneurs and leaders.
The Technovation programme takes students through 4 stages of launching a mobile app startup, inspired by the principles of design thinking: Ideation, Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Pitch.

Gold Level Scholarship
Senior Scholarship $15,000
Junior Scholarship: $12,000

Silver Level Scholarship
Senior Scholarship: $10,000

World Pitch Finalists
Travel Costs and World Pitch participation costs.
Regional Scholarship Winners
Senior Scholarships: $1,000 awarded to each of 5 teams
Junior Scholarship $1,000 awarded to each of 5 teams
Teams who receive these awards will not be invited to the World Pitch
Teams in each division are awarded by region (Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America)

January 18, 2018: Official start of 2018 Season (Updated curriculum and workbooks will be available)
April 25, 2018: Submission Deadline
May 31, 2018 - Semifinalists announced
June 25, 2018: Scores released to teams
July 30 through August 3, 2018 - Technovation World Pitch Summit
Multiple host countries may mean that no travel is required.
