Urban innovation in Brazil Funding competition – Innovate UK
This is a competition that provides an opportunity for United Kingdom based businesses to work with South African partners on precision medicine for non-communicable diseases and child health.
The aim of the competition is to encourage innovative partnerships between the UK and Brazil. It is being funded by Innovate UK and the Brazilian government and is being administered by the Newton Fund.

Up to £2,400,000 (two million four hundred thousand pounds) shall be invested in projects that use cutting-edge solutions to improve cities in Brazil.

Note that while some organisers may accept applications from all around the world, you may still be required to travel to the host country in order to take part in the later stages of a competition for instance, or you may be required to live there for a period of time to take part in a funded programme (e.g. scholarship, incubator, accelerator).
Multiple host countries may mean that no travel is required.
